Q1：How can I pickup and return?

A1：Printed electronic voucher before or show your e-Voucher on smart phone at Hong Kong International Airport Service Center. *Hong Kong Airport Service Center：A03 counter, Hall A, Arrivals Level, Terminal 1 / Service Time：06:30 am - 11:30 pm (Everyday)

Q2：Charge?

A2： Per day (Hong Kong Time). Ex. Pick up at 11:00 am on April 1 in HK airport, return at 07:00 pm on April.3 . Rent 3 days.

Q3：How to use?

A3：Open your wifi route and search signal, and then enter the password on wifi router

Q4: How much for Deposit ?

A4: KKday Clients do not need to Pay deposit at counter,but please be noted that there is Compensation fee if device damage / Lost / delay return

Q5: How much is the penalty fee for late returning pocket WI-FI ?

A5: It will be charged for 60 HKD/per day , from next day of estimated-return date to actual-received date by supplier.EX:Estimated-return date is 4/1 and actual-received date by supplier is 4/3 , it will be charged for 2 days late fee , total 120 HKD.
