Giving you great coverage over the entire Kansai region at backpacker prices, the West Kansai Area Pass is the ideal pass to explore some of Japan’s most popular destinations. With unlimited travel on all JR trains (except the Hokkaido Shinkansen), you can explore the ancient city of Kyoto, before checking out attractions such as Universal Studios Japan at nearby Osaka. If you’ve come to see temples and ancient Japanese culture, you can use your pass to explore quaint Nara. Home to some of Japan’s most respected Buddhist temples, plus a park filled with lush Japanese gardens and tame deer. Conveniently choose from a 1, 2, 3, or 4 day pass to suit your itinerary and get exploring!

－ Important Info －

?Eligibility: The JR PASS is available exclusively for visitors from abroad who enter Japan under the entry status of "Temporary Visitor." Both of the below two conditions must be met for purchase and use.

- The pass user must have a passport issued by a country other than Japan.

- The pass user must enter Japan as a temporary visitor and have "Temporary Visitor" stamped in their passport as shown at right.

- The status of temporary visitor is established in Japanese immigration law and permits stays in the country of up to 90 days for purposes such as sightseeing. Visitors desiring to enter Japan for sightseeing will receive a stamp, as shown at right, saying "Temporary Visitor" in their passport by the immigration officer.

?Ticket Age Range:

- Adult: age 12 and above

- Child: ages between 6 – 11

?Ticket Validity and Delivery:

- Valid Until: Valid for consecutive 3 or 5 days period depending on the date the pass is first used (accessible within three months of the date it was issued).

- Please reserve bookings by the date of your arrival in Japan (pick-up date in Japan airport.) Postings to Korea will require 5 working days, excluding holidays.

- Please provide the following upon booking:

1. Recipient's name as shown on passport.

2. Recipient's contact number.

3. Recipient's mailing address.

－Additional Info－

?Children under the age of 6 may travel for free if they sit with an adult traveler.

?Children will be required to purchase a Child ticket under the following circumstances: 1. Child requiring own seat in non-reserved carriage.

2. Child traveling alone.

?JR tickets operate under a registration system; it has a very complicated booking procedure. Therefore, please ensure that you have provided sufficient information that’s required to make a purchase. Please also bear in mind that we will not be liable for any loss or delay due to insufficient information been provided by passengers.
